Cardinal's first geocache!

We drive through Cardinal all the time and see the wonderful park. We've finally decided to place a cache here so that others can also discover this area.

At the posted coordinates, you will find a water fountain with some information about the park.

Take the year listed and add the number of years of community service to it. (the digital root of the sum is 2)
Divide the sum by 1000 to get a number of the format X.XXX

Add X.XXX to the north and west of the following to get the location of the cache:

W 075° 21.136
