Kipsala is island in center of Riga on Daugava. Many years ago this was a place for fishermans – on island streets have related names – Tiklu (Net) street, Enkura (Anchor), Zvejnieku (Fishermans) and Matrožu (Sailor) streets. Even in these days Kipsala is a little bit wild but...
