At the given coordinates you will find a nice place to sit down and read a book!
To find this cache you must go on a quest through Riga, visit four different places so you could figure out the final coordinates of cache location. In each place you will find a part these coordinates.

After You have visited all four right places you should have gotten the fifth coordinates which mark the real cache container. It's a quite big plastic picnic box (about 20x35x10cm) so you could put more cool stuff in there :)
