Par muzeju:
Paula Stradina Medicinas vestures muzejs ir dibinats 1957.gada un ir viens no trijiem lielakajiem medicinas muzejiem pasaule pec kolekcijas apjoma. Ta pamatekspoziciju veidojis slavenais profesors Pauls Stradinš, kurš sakotneji vaca priekšmetus, lai apmacitu savus studentus. 50 gadu laika, muzeju apmeklejuši vairak ka tris miljoni apmekletaju.

Muzejs atverts no otrdienas lidz sestdienai no 11.00-17.00, ceturtdienas no 11.00-19.00. Slepna tilpums ir 15 2 ml, tas satur logbook un zimuli. Slepni nav nekada rakstama un tas drizak ir nano izmera neka mikro! Parasti to lieto, lai uzglabatu kimiskas vielas un reagentus. About the museum:
Paul Stradins Medical History Museum was founded in 1957 and is by far one of the world’s three biggest medical history museums (by the size of the collection). Its main exposition was made by the famous professor Paul Stradins, who collected medical items to educate his students. In 50 years more then three million visitors visited the museum.
To find the cache you will have to visit the museum’s main exposition and find the answers to following questions:
A. How many days after the operation did the two-headed dog live? (the stuffed animal is found in the museum)
B. How many round openings for inspection of the patient are there in the iron lung?
C. How many persons are there in the painting that depicts a doctor releasing the mentally ill from their chains?
D. How many letters are there in the name of a dog that has been to space? (the stuffed animal is found in the museum)
E. In what year they started to exploit the first altitude chamber in Latvia? (the sum of the first and the last digit)
When you have found all the answers, you can calculate the final coordinates using the following formula:

The museum is open Tuesday till Saturday from 11:00-17:00, Thursday from 11:00-19:00. Due to different events and holidays the working hours of the museum can be changed, that’s why we advise you to visit the museum’s homepage (www.mvm.lv) in advance, to check the information. The entrance in the museum is for pay, but ICOM members, RSU students and staff members of other Latvian museums can enter free of charge.
NB! Museum is closed for visitors every last friday of month.
The volume of the cache is 15 2 ml, it contains a logbook and a pencil. There is no pencil in cache! The container is usualy used to store chemical substances and reagents. Possible coordinate deviation is~5m due to the surrounding. Be quick and stealthy! Container size is rather nano than micro!
