How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
We're going to meet, talk, snack...for only 15 minutes! This is part of a world wide event organized by San Diego geocachers " iTrax and Foxtail". Geocachers will meet at locations around the world for only 15 minutes, simultaneously! This time, we will be meeting at the fountain/waterfall at Mesa State College!
WWFM 4 at Mesa State College - 43 People this time!
Here's the Plan
At exactly 11:00am (GPS Time), we will appear at ground zero. At this point, all geocachers will converge, seeming to come out of nowhere.
We will hand out log sheets for participants to sign, then drop in a designated collection box. Bring a pen.
- 10:45 - 10:59 AM Wait patiently nearby, trying not to look conspicuous.
- 11:00 we will appear with log sheets - the event has begun!
- 11:06 meal time! (OK, it's really small chocolate snack time!)
- 11:11 gather for a group photo.
- 11:15 Wait for it ... BAM! LEAVE the area and meet elsewhere if desired.
Only those participants whose names appear on the log sheets may log the event.
Note: Although participants are welcome to get together after the event, the event will officially be over at 11:15.
Tell your friends and help promote the event! The more people who attend, the more unusual it will look, especially to muggles!
I'm sure there will be several muggles nearby who will wonder "What did I just see? What just happened?" (That's part of the fun!)
(No hints available.)
