It seems like just last week TeamAlamo was celebrating 25,000 finds and now he is approaching 30,000. What better way to celebrate this huge milestone than with another event. However, since he doesn't like to spend too much time at any one cache, this one will be a flash mob.
Date: Nov 9th, 2008
Time: 4:00 pm
Location: Compass Rose at the top of the small hill in Jack Fischer park in Campbell, Ca,
What will happen: Come early and lurk casually around the park, let the little ones play on the playground, etc. At exactly 4:00pm, we will gather at the top of the hill in the middle of the giant compass rose (can you say "Waymark"?). At that time I will put down a notebook and a bowl of candy. Hang out, chat, swap bugs, etc until 4:15pm at which point I will pickup the logbook, the candy and anything left behind. From there you are free to go. Maybe people will get together and go get dinner. Anybody have any suggestions on a good place to eat?
(No hints available.)
