This is a tribute GeoCache to one of the most honored and respected GeoCacher, welch!
I believe welch is has been actively GeoCaching longer than anyone in Iowa!
With this experience, he is the most knowledgeable GeoCacher I know.
welch has helped me numerous times, Thank You welch!

The Cache is a Decon Container located along Grant Wood Trail.
Should be a pretty easy find.
