lionhouse75: With all the construction and configuration changes it's best this one gets put to rest. It had a good run!

Geocache Description:

WindyMatters is an avid geocacher who met a major milestone this month.

Balboa Park is a fabulous place full of many treasures, whether they be geocaches, museums, works of art, strange and wonderful people, and all sorts of festivals and events throughout the year. One can't visit San Diego without coming to this jewel in the heart of the city. Here's another cache to celebrate an important place in the lives of many of us, especially WindyMatters, who also happens to love flowers and drives a "Flower Power" vehicle.

Be mindful of muggles and please respect the area.

Small container, room only for a log. BYOP.
