How Geocaching Works

Cache is not as posted coordinates.
Since this cache is going to be my celebration unto myself for sticking with it this far and getting to my mark, which justifies getting my premium membership, I have put a cache together which uses a Paper & Pencil cipher that I can not locate a hack for. But that doesn't mean it is impossible or the hack doesn't exist.
Unlike some other puzzles which are out there, I have no problem with people sharing how to solve this puzzle. I would prefer that the exact coordinates are not just given out, but again, feel free to share how you solve this puzzle.
This is a cipher that my friends and I used for a short period of time when I was in 5th and 6th grade. It is one which we made up ourselves, and I recently remembered about it. By the way, the teachers never could break it.
If somebody knows if there is an actual hack for it I would love to know the name.
There is a very clear message in the puzzle that as an additional logging requirement, I need to recieve an email with the message for you or your party, or your log will be deleted.
The whole puzzle is one streaming line of text and I only broke it in half to keep the page looking halfway decent. The final location will be clear as you pull up.
Kudos to Luvhorses4 and Catara (the cacher formerly known as PamCathy) for the FTF. I am glad I wasted four hours of your time.
