Geocache Description:

A puzzle to get the coordinates to an easy P&G

Needless to say, the coordinates do not lead to the cache.

My favorite days in the sun are spent geocaching. We started our day with the Bing Crosby puzzle cache. Colors, colors everywhere. Will we ever solve this puzzle? We’re at the final and we see all these colors: orange, brown and green. I think we have solved the puzzle and we head out. You know how it is sometimes? better refigure. Found our mistake, it is really red. Now to the find. Although it took most of the morning, this was a fun cache. We move on to “Brown Bear”, which is a quick park and grab. Violet declares it’s lunch time. We have our usual picnic lunch. She shares her home made yellow cake with me. Time to get back to the real mission of the day. I put the trash in the brown trash can and get ready for a great afternoon.

We decide to find “Gilmi’s Jumping Cholla”. We park the car and start our walk. You guessed it, there are lots of cholla out their, so we decide to follow the brown path. Our GPS says, go North, but the brown path heading West looks like a better way to get there. At last we find the cache. Oh my, there is a baggie, but the container is missing. We do the best we can. We sign the log and make a note to notify the owner. Off to our next cache and we make a quick find of a black bison tube. As we walk back to the car we see a black spider that we watch for a while. After deciding that we can’t identify it we continue onward. The parking lot is extremely full and we can’t seem to find our red car. We find it, but by now we are pretty hot. That bright yellow sun that we all love so much, has become too much for us, so we decide to head home. We have one of our quickest trips home as almost all the lights are green as we drive through. Finally home, with 13 caches to post. I can't think of a better way to spend a day.

Contgratulations to 2 Tall for FTF!
