Geocache Description:

The Berchtesgaden Bahnhof (train station) was built from 1938-1940. Designed in massive Third Reich style (to impress visitors), the building had a special reception area for Hitler and his guests. This private area is now the office of a travel agency Note - the bus station was recently moved into the Bahnhof and a pedestrian covering erected in front of the main Bahnhof building.
