How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

The Hursley Circular series comprises of 19 caches, ranging from micros to medium size 'lock-and-lock' boxes. It takes in a mixture of footpaths, rights of way and lanes and is approximately 5.5 miles long. It can get very muddy in places so please wear appropriate footwear.

The difficulty, terrain and attributes reflect the whole series, not just this cache.

Some of the caches contain pencils or pens (at least they did when we placed them!), and some (the smaller ones) don't, so please bring your own writing implement if you are planning on doing the series or just some of the micros.

You are looking for a small screw top container covered in black tape.

Note - Please hide this well afterwards otherwise it will be in plain view from the footpath.

When we're out caching, especially on a series, we usually carry a supply of replacement log sheets so that we can help out the cache owner by carrying out any maintenance that's required.

If anybody would like to replace any logs that need servicing in our caches, please feel free!
