How Geocaching Works

My daughter gave me this "container" and asked that I use it as a geocache. As I'm not the creative genius that many of the area cachers are, this is the best I could do. Cache is located along a section of the Ice Age Trail. Listed as an additional waypoint are the approved parking coordinates. Container is large enough only for a log, so bring your own writing utensil.
** 3/27/11: The original lizard container was stolen last year, but the thief was nice enough to leave the container with the log in it, so I didn't disable this cache. I finally found a substitute container, and modified it to suit the title. So now the title will once again be appropriate. I did verify coords, as the last logger said that they were about 40' west. I was 9 feet away, so will leave them as is. I compared to one of the Whimsical Tails caches that this same cacher also said was 40' west, and I had within 14 feet. Must be the GPS!
CONGRATS to rcflyer2242 on the FTF. Enjoy your FTF geocoin. You deserved it, as I hear the cache "surprised" you & got your heartrate up a bit when doing it as a night cache!
I would like to add that this cache was the inspiration for brainandbrauns "Whimsical Tails" series of caches also placed along this trail. Don't miss that awesome series, which won WGA's "Cache of the Month" for August, 2009.
