Geocache Description:


Anton Die Kapelle St. Johann und Paul wurde 1617 bis 1620 in spätgotischem Stil errichtet, zu einer Zeit da andernorts bereits das Barock Einzug gehalten hatte.
Vermutlich befindet sie sich über einem heidnischen Quellheiligtum.
Der Sage nach trafen sich hier nachts die Untersbergmandl, eine Art von Zwergen, um hier die Messe zu hören.

 

Die Kapelle ist in ca. 45 Minuten von der Schiffsanlegestelle St. Bartholomä aus zu erreichen. Da hier die Koordinaten etwas ungenau sind habe ich ein Spoilerfoto mit eingestellt.
