This cache is placed in honor of my brother who ran here for cross country throughout high school. He is now in the US Navy and is serving in Afghanistan. He just left a few weeks ago and should be returning home in March 2010.
His niece and nephew have placed this cache, so it is family friendly. It is just under a half mile hike from the campground, but an easy find once you get there.
We wanted to place a cache to honor all of our servicemen and women. We have placed yellow ribbons in the cache, feel free to take one and tie it around a tree in your yard to show your support. Please let us know when the supply is getting low and we will do our best to get more ribbons out there.
