croquetmike: I have discovered that, since I replaced the missing nanos less than 4 weeks ago, 5 of the 6 nanos have been muggled/stolen. This is the second time in two months that this has happened. I have neither the time nor the energy to keep on rushing round the cache fixing it so, with much regret, I am archiving what had proved to be a popular cache with beginners, children and experienced cachers alike. Nano! Nano! is dead.

Nano! Nano!

Geocache Description:

The coordinates shown are for the entrance of a Pay-and-Display car park (currently 60p/hour), which is a convenient starting point. Charging hours are Monday to Saturday 0800 - 1800. Free outside those times and on Christmas Day. Allow a little over an hour.

This cache is a nano-trail taking you on a walk around and near Godalming's attractive town centre. It complements GC12WH6 Godalming Tour by Darac and Darkhorse. In fact, if you get really organised you can do the two caches in parallel. BOGOF!

Evenings and Sundays are particularly good times to attempt this cache because parking is free and the town is not so busy. But it is possible at all times provided that you are prepared to combine patience with the need for stealth.

Although the cache relies on magnetic nanos, the final cache container is of a reasonable size (a large small, if you see what I mean), perfectly capable of holding small swaps, trackables, etc. Each nano contains the coordinates of the next one. Close by, you will have to answer a question.

Think stealth, stealth, stealth throughout! And please replace the nanos EXACTLY where you found them.

The first nano is at N 51 11.262 W 000 36.516

Nano 1: Hint: End
Question: For how many hours is the building behind you open on Mondays? (A)

Nano 2: Hint: Take care of cars
Question: How many footballers on notice opposite? (B)

Nano 3: Hint: 10 loops from gates
Question: How many loops in total on top of the two gates? (C)

Nano 4: Hint: No bikes
Question: What is second digit on nearest front door? (D)

Nano 5: Hint: Near top
Question: If you take a pound off, what is the square root? (E)

Nano 6: Hint: Incey Wincey; shoulder high
Question is in the nano (F)

The cache is at:
N 51 11.(B-D)(A-C)(B)
W 000 36.(B+F)(E)(A-C-D)

When collecting the cache, be patient and wait for the right moment. The hide is very easy indeed and only one person needs to go there. Grab it, stick it up your jumper and retire to a safe place. Use equal care when replacing!
