Leptoceratops: Hello!
I'm archiving your cache as it has been disabled for more than a one month and it is lost or completely damaged. Usually caches are visited and maintained within 30 days after disabling.
If you wish to unarchive your cache then please contact me using GC code or link of this cache.

If there are still leftovers from container I would appreaciate if other players could collect them so that there are no trash in the nature.

Happy geocaching!

Otrais punkts:

Treshais punkts:

Atshkiriba no otras vietas, te nekadu mazu majinu nav. Bet ir dazhi peleeki, izteikti numereti objekti. Skatoties no sliezhu puses - C, D, E, F

Even though Greeks and Romans were quite inventive in other directions, they are not widely acknowledged as builders of railways. True, the ancient world was totally innocent of anything approaching the modern concept of the public railway, with passenger trains running to a timetable, pulled by locomotives, and on iron rails. None of these components was more than 60 years old when they came together for the first time in the Liverpool-Manchester of 1830. The basic concept of the railway, however, is very much more simple: a prepared track which so guides the vehicles running on it that they cannot leave the track

The first track of this kind could have been located in Diolkos, Greece, 600 years bc.

Our story, however, is of the local Bolderaja railroad, located much closer, and of much younger age. It was opened in 1873. and it was built by the Riga-Dunaburg Rairoad association, it streched 18km long, and is still there, although is only used for cargo trains

First waypoint:

At the starting coordinates.

This train station was built right after the opening of the Riga - Bolderaja railroad, in 1873. In 1912, a new building was made. This building still stands. Find the Benchmarking point in the building exterior, and the year it's been placed. This is value X

Second waypoint:

  • You are at a small house. An electricity pole is next to the window. What number is on the small plate? A
  • Look at the small house itself, and you will find a few "musical instruments" all next to each other. How many are there? Count also the strange one, which is different from the othersB

Third waypoint:

This location doesn't have any small houses, but if you stand on the rails, you will see some grey objects with distinct numbers on them - C, D, E, F

Turn letters into numbers, and insert into these equations:

G = C+D
H = Substract the last two digits of the year X from one another
I = A*E
J = B*E
K = C-D-E

Cache location:

N56 5G.HI E024 02.CJK

If you arrive by car from SW direction, leave it some 900m before zero-point, the rest of the road is slippery and wet.
