Geocache Description:


The village of Saes was first mentioned in 1301 and the fortified church in 1302. The church was rebuilt in 1802.
It is said that the local priest Martin Miiller observed in 1875 that sachsen from Saes used the same dialect as the inhabitans on northen part of the Rihn.
