How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This is an ever-growing series of North and Central Kansas cemetery geocaches.

The caches in this series are all micros, so you will need to bring your own writing utensils for logging your find. Except for the occasional barbed wire, these will be family-friendly to retrieve. At times, walking into a cemetery may be required. Some caches are accessible via wheelchair.

Please be aware of extreme Kansas temperatures. During the summer months, keep an eye out for typical hot-weather creatures like snakes, scorpions and spiders. Some roads may be muddy or snowpacked and not able to be traveled on after storms.

Also, use caution and remember to use common sense while searching for the cache. You assume all risks associated with seeking a cache or any other related activity.

As with all cemeteries, please respect the grounds and occupants there. The cache is not on or near graves or gravestones. If a service is going on you can always come back. Take a step back in time and take a stroll through history. Enjoy!

You may need to enter the cemetery for this particular hide. Please put the container back exactly the way you found it.
