Geocache Description:

This cache meets State Forest guidelines.

The Colorado Hairstreak can be pink or purple with a dark strip of black-red on its edges. It has wings that span as much as 1-1/2 inches, with large black dots on them. It is one of the few butterflies that will fly during the rain.
