Rogalu stone is one of the greatest stones in Latgalia (Latgola). Stone is located on the bank of the Rogali stream, near the stream's outfall in Latgalia's (and Latvia's) greatest river Daugova. To the stone you can walk by a nice tourist trail. Before the stone there is a springhead with tasty water. There you can have a drink. On the bank of the Daugova a beautiful landscape to Uobeli islands - over there Small Uobeli island (or Fogt island) and downstream - Big Uobeli island (or Burkans island), on which are 3 farm-houses. The best time to visit - spring, when bird cherries and kidneyworts are blooming.
