Geocache Description:

Unfortunately Lucy has lost many of her magnetic charms of late. We are now changing our affections to Rose, who we hope will appreciate being felt around to find that all important object of your obsession.

You are looking for a magnetic container. Could you please place the cache back on Rose where found. Thank you.

This has been placed within Petticoat Lane Market, so extreme stealth is required when the market is open for trade

Petticoat Lane Market in the East End has been operating since at least the 1750's. It was named after the petticoats and lace once sold there by the Huguenots who came to London from France. The Victorians renamed it Middlesex Street in 1830 presumably as they were offended by women's underwear and wished to remain “straight laced”. However the market is still known as Petticoat Lane today.

This area gets extremely busy especially on Sundays.

Saturdays or early morning / late evening will probably be the best times to visit this one. Stealth is required at other times.

As we no longer work in London it is difficult for us to maintain the cache on a regular basis. We have no problems with cachers replacing log books or containers here should the original go missing and any help in keeping this cache in service for visitors to London will be much appreciated. Thank you.
