GAG14 - GPC15 Going Postal Mystery Cache

This cache has been hidden for GAG-14.  Please do not look for the cache before 1800hrs/6 PM, Friday 16 October 2009.  Anyone finding the cache before then will be ridiculed by a kangaroo court of his/her peers.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. 

This puzzle shouldn't be too hard to crack - it is GAG, after all.  After a short bushwack, you'll find the reg Lock n Lock in a winter friendly location at these coords:
