How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Michelmersh Mystery Meander is a series of puzzle/mystery caches, of various difficulty, set around the village. The listed coordinates have no relevance to the final cache location - instead they have been chosen for aesthetic map appearance!

See Michelmersh Mystery Meander #1 for parking recommendations.

All the caches (some of which have pens/pencils, some of which don't, so remember to take one with you) are on or very close to footpaths and lanes, and are designed to be found in order which will take you on a circular walk of about 4 miles around the village. There are lots of stiles en route, so puschairs and large dogs are probably best left at home!

If you don't solve all the puzzles then you can still complete the cicular walk, although you will find a map (e.g. OS Explorer Map #131) very helpful!

You are looking for a small screw top container. Please re-hide it carefully.

The puzzle:

When we're out caching, especially on a series, we usually carry a supply of replacement log sheets so that we can help out the cache owner by carrying out any maintenance that's required.

If anybody would like to replace any logs that need servicing in our caches, please feel free!
