How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
You can use the trailhead/parking coord’s below to begin your pleasant walk into this pretty area. Or, if you’re hiking along the Kinnickinnic River below, there is a nice wide trail that comes up to this area (terrain rating might go up a star, but only because of the incline).
This is a great spot to view the hills and trees that surround the Kinnickinnic River. If you look below (during the non-foliage seasons), you should be able to spy the Kinni. A nice spot to take a break and enjoy nature. Along with the view, you can often see eagles, deer, and other wildlife.
No need to get near the edge here – cache is not near it. (But, you may want to walk along the ridge to get a better view of the area once you’ve found the cache.) A small camo’d jar awaits and should be seasonal-friendly most times of the year. Please tuck back in its hiding spot well as to protect it from muggles.
Enjoy the view!
