Lasek Mogilski jest obiektem przyrodniczym polozonym w Nowej Hucie, zajmuje obszar 24ha. W czasach piastowskich byl czescia rozleglej i podmoklej puszczy. W sredniowieczu byla to rodowa posiadlosc biskupa Iwona Odrowaza, który zalozyl klasztor w Mogile. Od XIII w. Lasek Mogilski stanowil wlasnosc klasztoru w Koprzywnicy a w 1939 r. odkupil go pobliski klasztor Ojców Cystersów w Mogile. Warto zobaczyc drewniana Kapliczke Matki Boskiej Czestochowskiej, która powstala jako wotum za uratowanie Krakowa od zniszczen w czasie ofensywy radzieckiej w styczniu 1945 roku. W kapliczce znajduje sie cudowny obraz Matki Boskiej Czestochowskiej.

W poszukiwaniu skrytki nie trzeba wchodzic na teren ogrodzony.

Lasek Mogilski a natural object located in Nowa Huta, occupies an area of 24ha. At the time of the Piast dynasty was part of a vast and waterlogged forest. In the Middle Ages it was a family estate of bishop Odrowaz, who founded a monastery in Mogila. From the thirteenth century Lasek Mogilski the property of the monastery in Koprivnice; in 1939 it bought the nearby Cistercian monastery in Mogila Fathers. Worth seeing wooden Chapel of Our Lady of Czestochowa, which was created as a vote for saving of Krakow from destruction during the Soviet offensive in January 1945. In the chapel there is a miraculous image of Our Lady of Czestochowa.
