Use this space to describe your geocache location, container, and how it's hidden to your reviewer. If you've made changes, tell the reviewer what changes you made. This cache has been archived.

West Texas Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If the owner wishes to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 15 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the West Texas Reviewer.

Geocache Description:

This cache may not be for everyone, especially those with fear of tight spaces.

This 2-stage multi-cache consists of a 3.5 mile round trip hike that gradually gains ~600' of elevation. The hike is primarily along an easy dirt road/trail and the terrain level only increases when approaching each stage.

Start at the waypoint below which is across from Arroyo Park. You can park near that waypoint on either side of the road, just don't block the gate. When you get to a fork in the road take the left one that goes through another gate. (Just ignore the sign.) Follow this road as it heads up and runs along the rusty guardrail and will eventually lead to Stage 1. (It's a PVC container so don't screw on the lid too tight.)

Stage 1 will give you coordinates for Stage 2 as well as a diagram to help you locate the cache. It's important to bring a pen to copy down the diagram as well as to sign the log in the final. Also, bring a flashlight. Good luck and have fun!
