PLEASE RE-DO THE PUZZLE TO GET THE CORRECT COORDINATES FOR THE CACHE !!!!
Since we began geocaching, I have been in awe of those gifted individuals able to design and solve the extraordinary puzzles that characterize the Original PMC series.
In fact, my first experience with these "Wunderkinder" dates back to High School. Their facility with numbers and their superhuman powers of deductive, inductive, conductive, reductive and seductive reasoning are not only responsible for my low self esteem and feelings of inferiority, but also, albeit indirectly, .... My Psychotherapist's Porsche!
Happily, these "Mavens of Mathematics" generously allowed us "Average, Totally Cool High Schoolers" to copy their work. They were more than willing to explain the intricacies of their solutions and attempted to tutor us in the ways of the "Beautiful Mind"; a futile exercise at best. In Geocaching parlance, they patiently provided "Nudges" and "Hints".
The Puzzle Movie and Cache that follows, is a lighthearted homage to those halcyon days and my unresolved feelings of inadequacy.
To complete the coordinates for the Cache, you will have to watch the Movie by left clicking the photo of "Uncle Albert" at the top of the Cache Page. For each letter you will have to identify the "Average, Totally Cool High Schooler or Representation Thereof" and insert the associated number as indicated.
The Cache is an Ammo can with a replica of a "Puzzle Solving Geocacher" hanging within 15'.
The Cache contains a Log, Pencils and...
- Unofficial but Seriously Cool PMC Lite Pencils for use exclusively with PMC Lite caches...or not
- PMC Lite - A cache for "Average High Schoolers" GeoPins. PLEASE KEEP THEM DOUBLE BAGGED!
Please feel free to take one of each, a Trade is not necessary!
Welcome to the PMC Lite!!!
This series was created in response to the many people who wanted a puzzle series, but did not want anything as difficult as the Puzzle Masters Challenge.
This series is meant to be fun and get those cachers, who are not normally interested in puzzle caches, to try their hand at them and realize that they are not as bad as they seem.
It is meant to be fun and entertaining and take you many places in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The caches in this series will all be released sporadically between now and the PMC puzzle event in June.
So have fun, begin to find these caches and collect the clues in each cache you find. THE CLUE CAN BE FOUND IN THIS CACHE ON THE INSIDE OF THE LOG BOOK COVER and ON THE FIRST PAGE! The clues will eventually lead you to the final.
If you would like a list of all the caches in all the PMC series, you can find it here. It is a work in progress, but will contain all the caches and their creators as they are released.
Hope you have fun and thanks for visiting!!!!
