This is an ammo box placed approximately 1/2 mile from 'Eagle
Source' cache, GC10XXQ
When Mathman and I were planning on the trek out to 'Eagle Source',
he mentioned that we should put another cache out here. I had an
ammo box and a few nice trinkets to stock it with, so, carried this
along in case we found a nice spot. This is such a beautiful area,
that we figured the 'numbers cachers' would never get to see it
with only one cache out here. So, here it is, the second cache near
the Eagle source to double up on that quick cache run. Our original
placement turned out to be in the "Atkins Lake & Hiles Swamp
State Natural Area" and had to moved to the location you will now
find it. The trip to move the cache involved my getting stuck in
the parking area and needing a $105 'tug' to be able to get back
home. An unactivated geocoin has been placed in the cache for the
First to Find.
Since we are dealing in 2's and I didn't have a picture of 2
eagles, I wanted to share this picture taken near Marenisco,
Michigan, on the Wisconsin border. Two albino moose!
