Geocache Description:

Actually it is a drive in cache because there is a little carpark directly but it is hard to get a place. There is a bus station and a lot of passenger, walker, and people around this place so PLEASE be careful when you grab the cache.


Where you are standing now was the bed of the river Rabca originally and divided Sziget (Island) and Újváros (Newtown).
You won´t see today, at this place stood a bridge over the Rábca river that had been shown by the cache GC1HWYQ -archived. Now it will be shown by GC2JMMK. The river under this bridge is a dead arm again and the bridge out of order.
On the pic you see a building that are standing yet with the tollhouse nearby. The riverbed changed to a nice long park named Bercsényi Liget.
