It's a special occasion not only here in Chicago, but world-wide!
It was 10 years ago this day on May 3, 2000 that Dave Ulmer
hid his "stash" (the very first known and soon to be known as
Geocache) near Portland Oregon and this awesome pastime we now call
Geocaching would soon become a viral sensation. Now some 1,003,085
(as of 3/11/2010) active caches later here we are.
So won't you please come and join us in celebrating 10 years of
Geocaching in Chicago?
We will be meeting on Monday, May 3rd from 6:30 pm til ...
at...
Lao Sze Chuan Chinese Restaurant
1331 Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove
(630) 663-0303
This restaurant, under the ownership of Chef Tony serves some of
the most authentic Chinese food in Chicago.
