Geocache Description:

Groundspeak no longer allows us to even encourage someone to hide a new cache with our cache listings.

Even though that is the case, I am still using the same title format as the Collector series FTF, cause I think it is a great title and very fitting.

What can I say about Ispy. If there is a new cache within 20 no make that 30 miles of where he is when the cache comes out, you can expect to see him at the new cache. He has to be one of the biggest hounds in MN, especially with the early morning cache listings. I dare you to beat him finding this cache. Good Luck!!

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

[At the first stage, I took many readings, but with the hill, I kept getting different results. Keep that in mind when searching, you may need to expand your search area a bit. If you find they are way off, please take a reading and I will adjust.]
