Geocache Description:

CacheMan Risks Life and Limb to Benefit Fellow Cachers

"Cacheman: Muggle and TB Thief have teamed together to prevent cachers from getting to FTF's quickly. They have cut the power to Seeingitdifferent's, Sharknose Bunnies' (and other cachers') teleportation devices rendering them ineffective. Now all those poor cachers have to go to FTF's the old fashioned way (cars). Go quickly Cacheman, the fate of quick FTF's depend on you."

This cache is not on the ground and is covered with electric tape
