This multi cache will take you on a nice walk around Piedmont Park. Piedmont Park is a 189-acre urban park in Atlanta, Georgia, located in Midtown, north of the city center. This park is rich with history, and some the stages of this cache will take you near plaques explaining it's history.
The above coordinates will take you to a dock on Lake Clara Meer. While standing on this dock, take a look around. A=the number of painted tiles on the dock. To find stage 2, complete the following:
N 33° 47.(A divided by 4) (A minus A) 3
W 084° 22.6 (A minus 2) (A minus 1)
You are now standing in front of a statue. B=the number of men left standing in "The Last Meter". To find stage 3, complete the following:
N 33° 47.(B minus 2) 0 (B times 2)
W 084° 22.(A divided by 2) 1 (B squared)
You are now standing in the gazebo. C=the number of columns that make up the gazebo. To find stage 4, complete the following:
N 33° 47.(C minus 7) (A times 1) (B minus 1)
W 084° 22.(C minus 5) 0 (A minus 2)
You are now standing in front of a plaque. D=the last digit in the year of Atlanta's first street light system. E=the number of Atlanta's first lamp posts at this location (not counting post #25). To find the final stage, complete the following:
N 33° 47.(A minus 6) (D minus 1) (B plus E)
W 084° 22.(B times 2) (C) (E minus 2)
You are looking for a small container that holds a log only. It is big enough to hold geocoins and very small trackables. You will need to bring your own pen, as the cache can not hold one. Please use extreme stealth at the final stage, as to not reveal its location to muggles that might be nearby.
