kc9gbo: When I first placed this cache there was no other travel bug hotels in the area. Now there are a significant number about in the area and since they are being visited way more than this one it is time to retire this one.

Geocache Description:

Nice easy cache along the interstate near gas, food and lodging. Container is a 2 gallon pail.

You will be looking for a large plastic container, should be able to handle most trackables. Have a baggie inside to hold coins, also stocked with some items for the kids. Near a gas station/fast food restaurant truck plaza area, with all the micros in the area and this being a popular stop for travelers I figured it was about time for a hotel to open for the trackables passing through to be moved or dropped. The La Crosse area has been lacking this type of stop right off the interstate. While here check out the cache to the west at the park and ride. Of course you know that you don't need to trade up for trackables, but please make sure you log them in and out. If this cache gets enough usage I will upgrade the container. Please park in the gravel lot to the south of the cache location, plenty of room for Semi's and RV's here along with showers. This cache is within walking distance of the gas station truck parking area.
