Atrodas Gaujas senlejas kreisaja krasta netalu no vesturiskas Laurencu Šveices majas. 2001. gada uzstadits varens koka kresls – Keizarkresls, kura sežot var verot Gaujas senielejas burvibu. No šejienes redzama ari Turaidas pils. Autors ir makslinieks Harijs Zemitis. 300m uz R no Keizarkresla otrpus Laurencu gravai atrodas Keizarskats. Nosaukums šim vietam radies sakara ar to, ka te 1862. gada pabijis Krievijas cars Aleksandrs II. Vinš bijis sajusminats par briniškigo skatu, kas paveries no skatu vietas uz Gaujas senleju.


Emperor’s seat is located at the left bank of Gauja river valley not far from historical Swiss house of Laurenci. In 2001 an large wooden chair – an Emperor’s Seat, was placed here. While sitting here you can admire the magnificent view of ancient Gauja river valley, also the Turaida castle is visible from here. The author is artist Harijs Zemitis. 300 meters West from this point, on the other side of Laurenci glen there is an Emperor’s View – another viewpoint of Gauja river valley. Both these places beat this name in honor of czar of Russia Alexander II and his visit to Sigulda in 1862. He was overwhelmed by the magnificent view.
