A quick and easy Kids and Family-friendly cache, in the 2,200-acre Lake Rebecca Park Reserve!
This cache is hidden just off of the bike trail that cuts across the park. This is one of our favorite parks and we've been meaning to toss another cache in here for awhile, and today was finally that day. It was a very pleasant stroll for me, my 5-yr old daughter Rachael, and our geo-dog Sumo and we hope you like it too!
Location, Parking, and Access
You can access the cache from the auxiliary park entrance at the end of Roy Road, ample free and legal parking is available in the cul-de-sac there. You'll have a paved, level trail from there all the way to GZ, but the last few feet are up a little hill and not wheelchair-friendly. Watch out, the mosquitoes can be brutal out there!
You're looking for a small-ish Lock 'n Lock, hidden in the usual sort of place. It starts out stuffed to the brim with treasures and trinkets hand-selected by the 'Noles kidlets from their own personal collection. As always, have fun and happy hunting!
This cache has been registered with the Three Rivers Park District, and is placed with their permission.
