Dit gebouw dat wij zelf het "empire state building" van
maastricht noemen is in vroeger tijden gebruikt door de WML. WML
dat in de volksmond vaak de plem werd genoemd staat voor Water
maatschappij Limburg. De WML zorgt voor schoon drinkwater in heel
Limburg. Vanaf de zomer van 2010 belooft de WML ieder huishouden
"zacht" water. Het ontkalken van je leidingen en het schoonmaken
van je zeefje van de kraan is dan veel minder vaak nodig. Om dit te
bereiken heeft de WML een nieuwe onthardingsinstallatie gebouwd.

Heden ten dage is het gebouw heringericht als appartementencomplex.
Vesteda huisvest hier een tiental appartementen waarvoor men
maandelijks een huurprijs van 1700€ voor mag neertellen. Men
richt zich met name op de hogere klasse en heeft daarom de
appartementen zeer luxe uitgevoerd. In combinatie met wonen
dichtbij het stadspark en in de villawijk van Maastricht zou dit de
bewoning van het gebouw aantrekkelijker moeten maken. Als je deze
cache s'avonds komt bezoeken dan zul je zien dat de toren van het
gebouw mooi verlicht is. Telkens in een ander patroon en een andere
kleur, net zoals bij het originele "empire state building" dat in
New York staat. Ik ben er nog niet achter of elke kleur ook een
betekenis is zoals dat in New York wel het geval is.
De cache: De cache biedt plaats aan een logrolletje. Er is
tevens plek voor kleine TB's en micro Geocoins. De cacheplek is een
zeer muggle rijk gebied. Log discreet en plaats de cache op exact
dezelfde wijze terug op zijn plaats. Duw hem niet te vast ! Je

Maastricht is in earlier times used by the WML. WML, by the locals

here which costs one monthly rent of € 1,700. They focuses on
the higher class and therefore the apartments are very glossy.
Combined with living near the park and the residential district of
Maastricht the occupation of the building would be made more
attractively to live. If you come to visit this cache at night you
will see that the tower of the building lights up. Each time in a
different pattern and a different color, just like the original
"Empire State Building" in New York state. I still do not know
whether each color has a meaning like that in New York is the
case.
The cache: The cache has room for a logbook. There is also space
for small TB's and micro Geocoins. The cache site is a Muggle-rich
