Geocache Description:

Bob the Bird just moved into a new house (his "castle"). It’s a nice house, in a secluded neighbourhood, near schools and shopping areas (as the bird flies, of course), hopefully away from predators, and it might even be waterproof. The neighbours can be noisy at times. According to Bob, it was a steal (it was free). Bob the Bird would love receiving visitors, but not too many so as to not give away his location to unsavory characters. As he is a friendly but cautious bird, he left some goodies to trade for visitors, but he hid the guest book in a secret compartment. And of course, to log a visit, you have to sign the guest book. Leaving a signed piece of paper in lieu of signing the official log book does not constitute a find.

Spotting this bird’s castle should be easy, after a not too difficult bushwhack off a well used trail.

The use of force or tools to find the log book is prohibited!

Bob the Bird has been known to sue destroyers of houses. As a gesture of good will, he also left a Starbuck's Card as a gift to his first visitor(s). Happy hunting (for the bird house, not the bird!)

Update 27 August 2017: In the time since Bob chose this spot for his castle, the vegetation has grown a lot. We think that we'll give you the coordinates for a good route in to the castle. The Trailhead (sort of) coordinates will bring you to a corner fence post. Walk along with the fence on your right side, and you'll end up very close to the cache. It's not much of a trail, but it's the best option.
