Geocache Description:

Labsdales D, part of the alphabet soup series. Enjoy! 8/16/22 Replaced cache with another small, hidden very low on south side of trail.

Part of the Labsdales A-Z Alphabet Soup series, these caches are all placed on the Glacier Drumlin trail, containers varying from micro-regular and all contain swag. BYOP, as only the regulars have pens. All alphabet letters that spell out L-A-B-S-D-A-L-E-S and G-E-O-D-O-G-S are all regular caches and may even contain "pet" swag :) You can hike, bike or blade these trails. Leashed, dog-friendly trail, but can be busy. Be sure to bring bug spray, watch out for mugglers and enjoy! ***8/16/22 Replaced cache with another small, hidden very low on south side of trail. The Glacial Drumlin Trail is open to bikers, walkers, joggers and roller-bladers. It is well-paved and plowed in the winter. Adult bikers (ages 16+) are required to purchase a state trail bike pass BEFORE riding on the trail. Not having it along with you will cost extra $ if you are stopped by a ranger, in addition to the normal fees. Walkers, joggers, geo-dogs, children on bikes under 16 and Labsdales riding in their Petego Sports Wagon bike trailer do not need a trail pass. The state trail bike pass is available as a daily or yearly pass. The 2010 rate: Yearly Pass $20 and Daily Pass $4. The pass is good for any state trail. There's a self-pay station along the trail, just east of Hwy. 83, with bathrooms, drinking fountains, a picnic shelter with benches, a small playground and parking. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Waukesha County office of the Wisconsin DNR.
