Baldin' Eagle: The fire burned up many of the caches. Fire prevention methods took others. It is time for other caches to be placed in this area.

Geocache Description:

EAGLE SCOUT - The Eagle Scout Series

A Challenge Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

It's been 1 1/2 years in the making and it is finally complete.I tried placing this cache a few times, but mostly ended up fixing the series. My first hike attemp to hide this ended badly with me only getting up 1/2 way. I wasn't feeling well, but thought I could still do it. Now it is up there. And I mean up there. Your best bet is to get a helicopter. No trails to this one. It's all bushwhack. Yes, I did want this one to be harder than the others. I just wasn't thinking it would be as hard as it is. Hopefully you have gotten into good shape by getting the other caches in this series. Give yourself time and take water and you will be able to make it to the cache.

From up here, you can look down and see the area where you have been caching. I hope you enjoy it.

The Eagle Scout Rank is the highest rank a scout can earn. Only about 2 percent of those that join scouting earn this rank. I'm hoping that a higher percentage of finders of this cache series will make it to this cache.

An Scout must earn the ranks of SCOUT, SECOND CLASS, FIRST CLASS, STAR and LIFE before earning his EAGLE. (I expect you to find these Rank caches before finding this final.) A scout must also earn 12 (or more) required merit badges and 9 (or more) elective merit badges before earning his EAGLE. (I expect you find the equivilent Merit Badge caches also.) The final thing a scout must do is to lead a service project.

To log this challenge cache you must find a Cache to Eagle cache (representing an Eagle Scout's service project) AND you must have participated in a CITO event.

To find this cache perform the requirement above and find the answers to these questions and then build the coordinates N AB CD.EFG W STU VW.XYZ

Review the requirements for this merit badge and use the

requirement number for the answers.
