Geocache Description:

The only sound was the sound of the stony water, and every now and again the harsh croak of a bird.

Balin shuddered.

“Let us return!” he said, “We can do no good here! And I don’t like these dark birds, they look like spies of evil.”

The Eccleshall Ring is a 2-3 Hour walk south of Eccleshall, based on the 13 Dwarves that accompanied The Hobbit. Suggested starting cache is GC2C773 Óin.

ASK Balin: Where's Gandalf?
Collect the numbers from each cache if you want to find Gandalf, a bonus cache also near Eccleshall. Balin's number is on the inside of the lid of the cache container.

Balin is the look-out man, so he'll probably see you coming!
