O miejscu:
Pierwsza z serii skrzynek o najstarszych kosciolach Gdyni. Gdynia
Sródmiescie.
Kosciól pw. Najswietszej Maryi Panny Królowej to najmlodszy
sposród najstarszych kosciolów w Gdyni. Zostal wybudowany w latach
1922-1924 przy ul. Swietojanskiej.
Jest oficjalnym zabytkiem od roku 1984.
Obecnie kosciól ma range kolegiaty i jest miejscem czci
Najswietszego Sakramentu. Razem z nowszym kosciolem graniczy z
placem im. Jana Pawla II.
Nieopodal mozesz znalezc pomnik papieza Jana Pawla II oraz
symboliczny grób zawierajacy ziemie z prawdziwego grobu ksiedza
Jerzego Popieluszki.

About this spot:
Church of St. Mary Queen of Poland is the
youngest among the oldest churches in Gdynia. It was built in
1922-1924 at Swietojanska street.
It is an official monument since 1984.
Currently, the church has the rank of a collegiate chapter and
is the seat and place of Gdynia perpetual adoration of the Blessed
Sacrament. Among with the newer it is adjacent to the Jean Paul II
square.
Nearby you can find a monument of the Pope Jean Paul II and a
symbolic grave with the ground from the actual grave of priest
Jerzy Popieluszko.

nearby, few minutes on foot from a car parking near "Batory"
shopping center.
