Just a quick park and grab. Difficulty is due to muggle traffic.

Steak-and-Eggs

This cache was one that was so IPS that it was invisible to me several times before I finally found it. (I know that I was not the only one who had to make multiple attempts either)
The original location has been alterred. The original CO was going to archive it, but I volunteered to adopt it. New container & New location. Not much room for more than log and perhaps a mini geo coin. BYOP!! CONGRATULATIONS TO SHARPPACK for being the FIRST TO SIGN NEW LOG UNDER NEW MANAGMENT!
Bring a pen. Lots of traffic in the area. Beware of muggles!
