A two-stage multi cache is placed for those geocachers who like to enjoy strolling along the Kamo-gawa River.
Come down to the first stage coordinates and look at the river carefully.
Count the number of isolated rectangular stone blocks perpendicular to the stream: A.
Count the number of boats: B.
Do the following math to obtain integers C, D,,through H
C=B-1
D=A/C
E=D-1
F=B+D
G=E-(B/2)
H=D*E
Now you have obtained the final coordinates:
