Well it looks like someone came in and took the guard rail, along with the cache container.

Time to put this one away.

Geocache Description:


This cache is located near Rand Park. From here you can watch the barges go up & down the Mississippi River.
To the north you can see a statue of Chief Kiyo' kaga, (one who moves about alert) later known as Chief Keokuk. It appears that the Chief is busy watching what is happening on the river. So this is your chance to quickly grab the cache, while the Chief is not watching.

Permission for the placement of this cache was granted by the Keokuk City Council.
The city parks close at 11:00 pm.

This cache was placed for the HNS 2010 event.
