You will have to know what the Little Dutch Boy does in the Hans Brinker, "Silver Skates" story to solve this one. Remember water is life, and you will need a gallon of it to find this cache. The cache is no where near the chain link fence area so stay away from it.
Cache is a small plastic bottle that contains a log and a few swag items. You will need your own pencil. Please put everything back as you found it.
