Geocache Description:

Meet fellow cachers and learn about Pocket Query FUNdamental from experienced geocachers on Thursday, October 14, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Kenai Peninsula College, in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Walter E. Ward building.


Tonight's speakers are Michael Malvick (Ladybug Kids) and Victoria Noble (Blazingpathways), who have used Pocket Queries extensively to plan caching trips locally and abroad.  Pocket Queries are a tool available to Premium Members of Geocaching.com which allow a cacher to download up to 1000 caches at a time to load directly into a GPS or filter in tools such as Geocaching Swiss Army Knife, aka GSAK, which will be indtroduced at the November FUNdamentals Event.  This evening's discussion will cover:

Please bring your favorite nonalcoholic beverage to share with cachers, but don't bring food as that will incur extra room cleaning charges.

There will be a free-will offering cache container at the event to help defray the costs of hosting these FUNdamentals events.
