Achtung: Klettercache! 140 Meter Flug über den Green
Lake!!!
Just lying around on the beach is boring we thought. So we grabbed
the kids and drove into the backyard of Side. We found a surprising
countryside, pure nature and stretching pinewoods. In-between lays
the green lake. And last not least the excurse ended with an
adventure travelling throughout the sky above the green lake.
Immer am Strand zu liegen ist langweilig, dachten wir uns. Also
Kids einpacken und ein Stück ins Hinterland fahren. Uns erwartete
eine reizvolle Landschaft, viel Natur mit Pinienwäldern und einem
grün schimmernden Stausee, Ruhe und dann noch ein kleines Abenteuer
in luftiger Höhe.
The Cache is intended to be a T5 climbing cache. Mostly because it
contains a 140m long sky race about 20m above the green lake. The
coordinates provided will guide you to the starting point of this
ropeway (as seen on above picture). It is part of the 4th section
of the high ropes course. You may want to use section 1 - 3 for a
warming up.
After a - hopefully - soft landing at the other end of the high
rope course be sure to watch out for final 4 digits of the final.
You will find them somewhere attached to the tree.
Gedacht ist dieser Cache als T5 Klettercache. Highlight ist eine
140 Meter lange Seilbahn in bis zu 20 Metern Höhe über den Stausee.
Start ist der Einstieg zur Seilbahn im 4. Parcours des
Klettergartens. Auf den Parcours 1-3 könnt ihr euch vorher warm
klettern.
Zwischenstation: Am Ende der Seilbahn landet ihr hoffentlich sanft
mit den Füßen zuerst an einer Kiefer. Dort sind in einigen Metern
Höhe die jeweils letzten 4 Ziffern für den Final angebracht.
Hinweise / Hints:
Equipment to use the high rope course may be rented for a few Euros
at Adventure Park. Anyhow, you do not need to use the high
rope to finish this cache. But as it is in this case not a T5, this
is not the intention of the cache Owner. The cache should be seen
as a test of courage to do the 140 meter flight across the green
lake. Our Kids at least had a hell lot of fun doing so.
Kletterausrüstung und Seilrolle erhaltet ihr für ein paar Euro am
Adventure Park. Der Cache ist auch ohne Seilbahn &
Klettern machbar. Dies ist aber nicht im Interesse des Owners.
Gedacht ist dieser Cache als T5er Mutprobe mit 140 Meter Flug über
den Green Lake. Wir haben das mit unseren Kids gemacht und hatten
viel Spaß dabei.
