What a character, this Louis XIV!
Quel sacré caractère, ce Louis XIV !

You don't know where the Louis XIV grave is? In fact, it does not exist: his body was transferred to the Basilic Saint-Denis, North of Paris, and "vanished" during the French revolution. But now, there is the geo-grave, nicely decorated with ivy. OK, the cover is missing, with its epitaph: "Here lies the king of gorgeous baroque days!"

Vous ignorez où se trouve la tombe de Louis XIV ? Normal, il n'y en a pas ! Triste, pour un si grand roi. Heureusement, vous pouvez vous recueillir sur son géo-tombeau. C'est le lierre, toute l'année, qui en décore les parois. Son couvercle a disparu, et la royale dépouille n'est plus. Cruel destin qui vit disparaître à jamais l'épitaphe : "ci-git un grand roi, qui même le soleil égala".
